Automated emergency call controller

Our Arm® Cortex®-A53 based miriac® MPX-LS1043A System-on-Module with integrated security engine is used in an emergency management system. With its system solution, our OEM customer automates the alarm logic and thus accelerates alarm processes. The system’s numerous interfaces are used to connect existing infrastructures seamlessly. In addition to alarm and nurse call systems, loT systems and building technology can also be connected. 

Our server-class miriac® system-on-modules ensure rapid imaging in medical X-ray units. They utilize miriac® MPX-LS1046A System-on-Modules with Quad Arm® Cortex®-A72 core-based NXP QorIQ processors, offering up to 10 GbE data throughput. It was important to the digital radiography manufacturer that the high performance could be achieved with only 7 watts of TDP. This enables the creation of completely fanless and hermetically sealed small form factor designs, providing perfect conditions hygienic devices that are easy to disinfect.

Customized versions of our NXP® QorIQ® processor based modular single board computers are used as central control units for magnetic resonance imaging. They manage machine timing, safety functions, and control the MRI tube, motors, and camera operations. Equipped with dual Arm® Cortex®-A72 processors, 6x GbE, 2x CAN, and PCIe-based FPGA connectivity, they are optimized for the precision requirements of high-resolution medical imaging systems.
