NXP<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> hat sich als Prozessorhersteller f\u00fcr diesen komfortablen Ansatz entschieden und unser auf dem NXP\u00ae S32G274A Prozessor basierendes MicroSys SoM in seine skalierbare Entwicklungsplattform f\u00fcr sicheres Automotive High-Performance Computing implementiert. Der Grund: Es ist viel einfacher und effizienter, auf Basis einer applikationsfertigen Superkomponente inklusive Prozessor, RAM und Flash zu entwickeln, als das Rad immer wieder neu zu erfinden und mit einem kompletten kundenspezifischen Design von Grund auf zu beginnen. Das gilt noch viel mehr auch f\u00fcr unser neues miriac<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> MPX-LX2160A SoM mit dem leistungsstarken NXP<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> LX2160A, das vom Design her noch viel anspruchsvoller ist. Jeder Entwickler sollte deshalb solche Module nutzen, um sein eigenes Board zu entwerfen. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung ist n\u00e4mlich die Sicherstellung der Signal-Integrit\u00e4t und Qualit\u00e4t. Bei den sehr hohen Frequenzen sind L\u00e4ngenabgleich, Leitungsimpedanz sowie Impedanzspr\u00fcnge besonders herausfordernd. Deshalb wird hier unter Anderem ein spezielles Leiterplattenmaterial verwendet. Die extrem hohe Packungsdichte der BGAs erfordert zudem eine hohe Anzahl von Lagen in der Leiterplatte des Moduls. Der Benefit f\u00fcr den Kunden ist die reduzierte Komplexit\u00e4t der Leiterplatte des spezifischen Carrierboards.
